A 33 éves enyingi férfi és 32 éves barátnője is gyanúsított abban az ügyben, amit a napokban vádemelési javaslattal továbbítanak az ügyészség felé a Fejér megyei nyomozók.
Mint ahogy arról korábban hírt adtunk, a Fejér Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság Vizsgálati Osztálya kitartottság bűntett gyanúja miatt folytatott büntetőeljárást R. Andor 33 éves enyingi lakos ellen, aki megalapozottan gyanúsítható azzal, hogy üzletszerű kéjelgéssel foglalkozó nőkkel tartatta ki magát.
A nyomozás adatai alapján R. Andor olyan hölgyekkel állt kapcsolatban, akik részére a Németországban szerzett prostitúcióból származó jövedelmüket folyamatosan hazaküldték.
A fejér megyei nyomozók a férfi házában házkutatást tartottak és a bűncselekménnyel kapcsolatos több iratot lefoglaltak.
A gyanúsítottat 2013. május 10-én fogták el a Baracskai Büntetés-végrehajtási Intézetnél, amikor R. Andor előző börtönbüntetését letöltötte. Sokáig nem élvezhette a szabadságot, mert a Fejér Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság Közterületi Támogató Alosztályának munkatársai a börtönből való kilépésekor elfogták, és a Fejér Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányságra előállították.
R. Andort a Fejér megyei nyomozók kitartottság bűntett elkövetésének megalapozott gyanúja miatt gyanúsítottként hallgatták ki. A terhére rótt bűncselekményt alátámasztó bizonyítékokat, tanúvallomásokat beszerezték.
A nyomozás adatai alapján a kitartottsággal R. Andor élettársa, L. Renáta 32 éves enyingi lakos is gyanúsítható. A barátjával kapcsolatot tartó nők Németországból neki is rendszeresen utaltak át pénzt, amit prostitúciós tevékenységgel szereztek. A Fejér Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság Vizsgálati Osztálya a nőt is gyanúsítottként hallgatta ki kitartottság bűntett elkövetésének megalapozott gyanúja miatt.
A két gyanúsított a beszerzett információk alapján a prostituáltaktól több millió forintot kapott.
A nyomozást a Fejér Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság Vizsgálati Osztálya mindkét gyanúsítottal szemben lefolytatta, az ügyet a napokban küldik meg a Székesfehérvári Járási Ügyészségnek.
